At AutoXtreme, we place great importance on your satisfaction with your purchase. If you wish to return a product, you can exercise your right of withdrawal. Below, you will find all the conditions and steps to process your return correctly.
Right of Withdrawal
- Return period: You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt.
- Return registration: After you have registered your return, you have another 14 days to send the product back to us.
- Use of the product: For a return, you may only examine, evaluate, and test the product to the extent necessary to assess whether it meets your expectations.
Return Conditions
To accept a return, the product must be:
- Complete, including all accessories and manuals.
- Returned in its original condition and packaging, without damage.
- Used no more than necessary to determine the nature, features, and functioning of the product.
Note: If the product is damaged or shows signs of use beyond reasonable testing, a depreciation of value may be charged.
Return Procedure

2.Shipping the product:
Ensure the product is well packaged to prevent damage during transport. Send the return package within the specified period.
3:Refund:
After receiving and inspecting the return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days. The refund will only be processed if the product is returned in good condition.
The return shipping costs are at your own expense.

AutoXtreme Warranty Policy

- Normal wear and tear: wear of components such as cables, batteries, valves, or other consumables.
- Extraordinary circumstances: damage caused by accidents, moisture, fire, lightning, or other external influences.
- Unauthorized repairs: repairs, modifications, or adjustments made by unauthorized third parties.
- Commercial use: use of products that are specifically designed for personal use in a commercial or industrial environment, unless otherwise stated in the product conditions.
Procedure for Warranty Claims
To submit a warranty claim, the customer follows these steps:

- Provide the following information:
- Description of the problem.
- Order number and purchase date.
- A copy of the proof of purchase.
If necessary, we may ask you to return the product for inspection. The shipping costs will be reimbursed up to a maximum of €5.95 including VAT if the claim falls under the warranty.
Repair or Replacement
If the defect is covered by the warranty, AutoXtreme, at its discretion, will:
- Repair the product free of charge.
- Offer a replacement product.
- Provide a suitable alternative, such as a voucher or refund if repair or replacement is not possible.

Repairs Outside Warranty
If a defect is not covered by the warranty, AutoXtreme can offer a paid repair. The customer will receive a price quote for the costs beforehand.
