Applicable law and disputes

All legal relationships with AutoXtreme are exclusively governed by Dutch law.

The Vienna Sales Convention 1980 is expressly excluded.

The competent court in the place of business of AutoXtreme has exclusive jurisdiction to hear disputes, unless the law prescribes otherwise.

Parties will only appeal to the court after they have made every effort to resolve a dispute among themselves.
